Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They can remember preferences, keep you logged in, or — in the case of tracking cookies — record your browsing behavior for analytics or advertising. Not all cookies do the same thing, and not all of them affect your privacy in the same way.

Rank Rays sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The site does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar measurement or ad-targeting tool, and there are no cookies on this site that follow you around the web.

The only cookies that may operate are:

1. Essential hosting, security, and load-balancing cookies. Our hosting infrastructure may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site securely and reliably — for example, to route your visit to the right server or to protect against abuse. These cookies do not track you and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
2. A consent-choice cookie, if a consent banner is introduced. If we add a cookie consent banner in the future, it will store your choice (accept or decline) so we do not ask you on every visit. This cookie records only your preference — nothing about your browsing.

This site has no embedded third-party widgets that set cookies — no embedded video players, no social feeds, no chat widgets, no tracking pixels.

Two services we use open outside this site, on their own platforms:

1. Calendly. After you submit the quote form, the thank-you email includes a link to book a call on Calendly’s own website. Calendly’s site has its own cookie policy, which applies when you visit it.
2. WhatsApp. Our “Chat Now” button opens WhatsApp (the app or web.whatsapp.com). WhatsApp and Meta’s cookie and privacy policies apply there, not ours.

Clicking through to either service is your choice, and their policies — not this one — govern what happens on their sites.

If we add non-essential cookies in the future — for example, analytics to understand site usage — we will update this policy first and describe exactly what is added and why. Visitors in the UK and EU will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookies are set, and declining will not break the site.

We will never add advertising or cross-site tracking cookies without updating this policy and asking for your consent where the law requires it.

You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time:

1. Block or delete cookies. Every major browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — lets you block all cookies or delete existing ones in its privacy or settings menu.
2. Browse privately. Private or incognito mode stops most cookies from being stored after you close the window.
3. What happens if you block ours. Blocking the essential hosting and security cookies described in Section 2 may stop parts of the site from working, since those cookies keep the site delivered and protected. There is nothing else to block — no analytics or advertising cookies exist to switch off.
